Having studied art history, Ronni Kappos is influenced by modern art and architecture and sees putting beads together as a small engineering feat. All of her jewelry is made with vintage glass coming from the famed, but long defunct, German glassworks in the Sudentenland region of Bohemia. The molds and pigments used in prewar glass production are no longer available, making these beads highly collectable.
