What is your returns policy?
Merchandise purchased from thisisauto.com may be returned for auto
credit (minus original shipping and handling fees or any discounts) only within 30 days of purchase if in original condition and in original packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. auto credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused auto credit is forfeited.
What is your returns policy regarding sale items?
All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Promotional discounts do not apply to sale items.

Can I have my items gift-wrapped?
Yes, auto's signature foam wrapping with ribbon is $3.50 per item. Simply specify gift wrapping when checking out. When gift wrapping is not available for an item due to its size we will note it in the description section and in the shopping cart.
